DIY Foot Massage

Does your back pain start before you get out of bed? Your feet could be the issue. They’re the foundation our bodies are resting on so it makes sense that other parts can hurt if our feet are sore. Grab a tennis ball and sit down with your morning coffee (standing is ok too but harder with coffee) and roll the tennis ball under your socked or bare feet, one at a time. Start with gentle pressure and focus on waking up your feet. After a minute on each foot, walk around and check in with your body.
