DIY Neck and Shoulder Massage
Are your neck and shoulders burning and aching?
Sit up straight, reach your right hand across and rest it on your left shoulder
Feel around for a large indentation at the base of your skull between your ear and your spine. You have one on both your left and right sides.
Using your right index, middle and ring finger, sink in gently and move downward towards your shoulder while slightly tiling your head to the right to give a little stretch.
Uncertain if you’re in the right spot? Find the indentation at the base of your skull, stay behind your ear and follow your shoulder knots.
When you’re ready, move on to your right side with your left hand.
