About
I’m a nonprofit strategist focused on building programs and advancing missions centered on wellbeing. My background spans nonprofit leadership, donor communications, and program development, with a particular interest in senior health and accessibility.
I partner with mission-driven organizations to design and strengthen programs, operations, and strategies that are both effective and sustainable. Alongside this work, I develop intergenerational, wellness-oriented workshop series that create space for reflection, connection, and practical engagement, linking individual experience to broader systems.
I’m especially drawn to initiatives at the intersection of social impact, health, and systems change. My work is informed by hands-on experience in nonprofit environments and a master’s in Nonprofit Leadership, where I’ve developed a practical, systems-oriented approach to program and strategy development. I value clarity, collaboration, and work that shows careful consideration for the future. If you’d like to explore a potential project or conversation, feel free to reach out.
